This Executive Breakfast
Forum on 6 June 2002 was jointly organised by CNSG,
Ecquaria and Oracle. Web services are touted to be the
key building blocks in the next Internet and e-business
wave. The breakfast forum speakers examined various
solutions to customers that were demanding, more personalised
and customer-centric services. They gave their insights
on how enterprise reinvent itself in the service-oriented
economy could reshape information usage, customer experience
and business value.

Forum "Lowering Your Operational Cost - E-Procurement:
Necessity or Hype?"
CNSG, CyberVillage and
IBM jointly organised this Executive Breakfast Forum
which explored the current development in e-Procurement
implementation including various issues in structural
framework, acceptance and adoption relating to companies
in the region. The increasing demand for a collaborative
environment where you can provide a single point of
interaction with dynamic information, applications,
processes and people - to help build successful business-to-employee
(B2E), business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer
(B2C) portals were discussed. A case study focusing
on end user experience, design criteria and workflow
was also presented.
