CommerceNet Singapore (CNSG) and Phrase Communications jointly present a talk on effective business plan writing. The event is held at Phase Zero. Organised by Innovators and Entrepreneur Association, the event attracted large following of more than 30 participants.

CNSG is represented by Chief executive Officer, Mr. Jeh Shyan Wong while Phrase Communications is represented by Mr. Andrew Loh. CNSG focused on the need of building compelling business models as well as the importance of financial road map in business planing while Phrase focused on clarity in communications. The focus of the talk is about best practices on how to write an effective business plan that win fundings, partners and customers.  

Among the failures of businesses are their inability to communicate simple ideas into a logical and persuasive format. The difference between a 'realised dream' and 'just another dream' lies in the an effective plan that clearly communicates the core thinking. Entrepreneurs constantly struggles to seek support, funding and endorsement for their ideas. It is not easy to put together cutting edge ideas into simple words. This handicap and failure to communicate often resulted to the inability to gain the necessary financial support for even the brightest of ideas.  

A lively discussion on the assistance programmes and traits of local entrepreneurship ensured.
